While we are confident that our products will meet your expectations, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise (Rest assured, our team is ready to assist!).

Every single one of our products is precisely crafted by hand, and although we strive to deliver items that closely resemble the pictures, there may be extremely subtle variations due to the artisanal nature of the process.

Refunds or exchanges are not available for our accessories; nevertheless, if you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect item, here are the necessary steps to follow:

Notify:
Update us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp. WE CANNOT HELP YOU ON INSTAGRAM DM OR FACEBOOK MESSAGE for all order-related queries. Kindly WhatsApp us or email us with your query.

Return & Refund/Exchange will only be accepted if:

  • Order was incorrect.
  • Order was damaged in transit.
  • In case of refunds, we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping, if any.

  • After more than 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
